Dogs must enter and Exit the premises secured by a collar and leash, do not remove the collar and leash upon your arrival.
Please make sure your dog has relieved themselves prior to their appointment.
Please Inform the Groomer if your dog suffers any health issues such as:
Arthritis
Epilepsy
Diabetes
Pancreatitis
Knee Reconstructions
Skin conditions for (eg. yeast infections, hot spots)
Before service It is your duty of care to inform staff if you suspect your dog to be aggressive towards other dogs.
Please beware, for our staff and your fur babies safety, any aggressive dog or cat will be refused or send home. We apologized for any inconvenience.
Arrival times are set at time of booking and collection times are given on the day. Please note we try our best to send puppies, old or unwell and naughty dogs home first. If you have an afternoon arrival time, your pooch will need to stay for the remainder of the day.
Please be aware some dogs may be required to stay with us longer than we originally organized, usually this is due to coat condition or doggy behavior and sometimes we fall behind schedule.
As we take a limited number of bookings each day and only groom one dog per groomer at a time. Please beware we have very strict Cancellation, No Show and Late Arrival policy.
For Late Arrival
If you are late for your appointment please inform us prior your appointment, we may cancel your appointment if you are more than 15mins late with no contact and a $30 cancellation fee will be add on to your next appointment. Please beware we are not able to do a hair cut if you are more than 20 mins late, your appointment will be changed to a Wash & Tidy.
For Reschedule or Cancel
If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require a 24 hours prior notice, if you cancel in less than 24 hours, a $30 late cancellation fee will be add on to your next appointment.
For No Show
If you do not attend your appointment on the day without informed us 24 hours prior, you will be charged a $30 'no-show' fee for your next appointment if you wish to re-book.
If No Show happened twice, further appointment can not be made.
Grooming can be a stressful event for some dogs and present challenging tasks. We understand their anxiety and minimize it with our compassion.
Grooming can be mentally and physically exhausting for dogs. Your dog may be tired after his groom and want nothing more than a drink and food with a good nights rest. This is completely normal! Puppies and Older dogs will be extra sleepy.
Don’t forget to give your dog lots of praise and tell him how beautiful he looks!
We recommend long hair dogs are groomed every 4 – 6 weeks. Make sure you are brushing and combing your dog. The teeth of the comb need to touch the skin so that mattes don’t develop.
You may want to book in a maintenance groom in-between cuts, so we can thoroughly comb them for you.
Please provide us with 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
Re-book to avoid disappointment.
